There’s nothing fun about hating your natural hair. Women with straight hair want curly locks and those with curly hair want it straight. Without a head transplant it isn’t going to happen. So, finding a hairstyle that accentuates and makes the most of what nature has given you is the next plan of attack, right?
Then there’s the issue of thin hair – nobody wants it, but some women simply have to deal with it. If your thin hair needs to be livened up a bit, here are a few styles you may want to try.
1. The bob. This cut typically gives the allusion of volume and is easy to control. Thin hair can appear brittle or coarse if left long and to its own devices, so try a chin-length ‘do or something slightly longer.
2. Bangs. There are so many bang styles to choose from and almost all of them work fantastically with thin hair. Try a set of choppy bangs created with a razor for an edgy look or long bangs that frame the face and disappear.
3. The pixie. What’s cuter than that classic Mia Farrow look? Cutting your locks especially short will also add volume to your tresses.
The important thing to remember is that women with thin locks have a variety of hairstyle options from which to choose.
